Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Design scalable, secure, and high-performing web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
  
• Develop and maintain web applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and security.
  
• Lead and mentor a team of full stack developers across the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to production deployment.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, DevOps, and QA to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
  
• Provide code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure adherence to clean code principles and agile methodologies.
  
• Drive technical discussions, make architectural decisions, and contribute to long-term platform strategy.
  
• Proactively identify and resolve technical risks, performance bottlenecks, and production issues.
  
• Ensure proper CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices are in place for continuous delivery and reliability.
  

Required Skills:

Web Application Development:

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Typescript and Angular
  
• Strong understanding of server-side languages like Node.js and Python
  
• Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
  

DevOps:

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI
  
• Proficiency in containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
  
• Good to have knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.
  

Cloud Technologies:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  
• Understanding of cloud services including compute, storage, and networking.
  
• Familiarity with cloud security best practices.
  

Desired Skills:

• Database Management:
  
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or DynamoDB.
