IT Concepts is seeking a Full Stack Developer who will support several projects at a federal agency. The position is located in Woodlawn, MD. The qualified candidate should have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with sharp attention to detail.

  • Working across the SDLC, including requirements, design, development, testing, documentation, training, deployment, operations, support, and maintenance.
  • Implementing coding of software using back-end API code including C#, .Net and web design front-end framework and automation tools like RPA, React, Angular, Bootstrap, and UiPath.
  • Ensuring adherence to secure coding practices throughout the secure development lifecycle.
  • Supporting deployment of applications and software to various environments including validation, integration, and production in an Agile development cycle.
  • Assisting in developing project/application documentation, or other lifecycle artifacts.
  • Providing in-depth knowledge and subject matter expertise to develop UI for front-line applications that meet user specifications and identifying automation opportunities.
  • Providing technical direction on design considerations, including performance, scalability, availability, maintainability, and auditability.
  • Supporting market research and evaluation of COTS and GOTS to implement improvements.
    Gathering and analyzing functional, user, and system requirements to develop custom application components that meet client needs and enhance user experience.
  • Participating in requirements gathering and design via meetings, interviews, and workshops.
  • Designing, developing, and testing web-based applications using SSA standard practices.
  • Developing code to create the aesthetics done within a product or website including drop-down options, layout menus, fonts, and colors.
  • Creating seamless navigation through a wide range of digital interfaces and programs
  • Working together with programmers and back-end web developers to enhance usability.
  • Perform testing of completed websites, apps, and software to test the user experience.
  • Designing, developing, and testing solutions to automate processes, activities, and tasks through RPA and enhanced workflow automation platforms.
  • Working cross-functionally with operations and analysts to get a clear understanding of business processes to create and optimize workflow processes.
  • Managing priorities to work on multiple ongoing Agile projects while meeting deadlines.
  • Presenting to and working with all levels of management including SSA Senior Leadership.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience required with a Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Experience in Oracle SQL Server database and backend API code (C#, .Net)
  • Developing UI using web design front-end framework and automation tools such as CSS, HTML, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), React, Angular, Bootstrap, and UiPath.
  • Experience across the SDLC, including requirements, design, development, testing, documentation, training, deployment, operations, support, and maintenance.
  • Experience working as part of a collaborative team that practices Agile and/or DevOps throughout the SDLC.
  • Ability to independently perform and manage priorities on a variety of system design and integration tasks where a specific subject matter expertise is necessary.
  • Experience using high-level functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation, and implementation methodologies on complex problems that require in-depth knowledge of the subject matter for effective implementation.
  • Ability to provide expert guidance and insight into technologies and their application.
  • Responsibility for developing and deploying complex applications, critical projects, and tools.
  • Identification of implicit and explicit requirements and interpretation of business rules.
  • Team player who demonstrates integrity, passion, innovative ideas, and strives for excellence.
