The Role + Purpose
As a Fulfillment Manager, you’ll own end-to-end wholesale fulfillment operations across full-price and off-price channels, ensuring orders are executed accurately and on time. You’ll sit at the center of the order management ecosystem — partnering across Supply Chain, Finance, and key account teams to drive inventory optimization, pricing integrity, and operational excellence. This role requires strong analytical skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to lead a team while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced wholesale environment. You’ll also play a key role in developing talent and strengthening cross-functional partnerships that support the broader goals of the Wholesale Operations team.
Responsibilities
Team Leadership + Oversight
- Lead and develop a direct report, fostering accountability, analytical growth, and operational efficiency across wholesale fulfillment
- Directly manage all off-price execution while providing strategic oversight to the Senior Operations Analyst who owns full-price operations
- Serve as the key operational liaison with the DC Operations Manager, ensuring alignment on fulfillment priorities and timely resolution of issues that impact shipping performance and customer satisfaction
Order Management + Fulfillment
- Oversee end-to-end wholesale fulfillment across full-price and off-price channels, ensuring supply levels consistently meet customer demand
- Drive inventory optimization and control by monitoring supply levels against open demand to ensure adequate inventory is in place to fulfill customer commitments
- Track and report on weekly shipping activity, order extensions, and cancellations — proactively identifying and resolving delays or discrepancies before they impact delivery
- Own the weekly Replenishment roll-up and drive monthly projection alignment for key accounts
Financial Accountability + Pricing
- Maintain financial accountability across the order lifecycle, including demand tracking, risk exposure, and reconciliation
- Ensure pricing accuracy across all wholesale demand by proactively scrubbing discrepancies and executing demand refreshes in SAP when changes occur
- Partner cross-functionally on reticketing projects and Distribution Center execution to ensure timely fulfillment of updated product requirements
Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in wholesale operations, order management, or supply chain fulfillment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in SAP and EDI
- Strong analytical and financial skills, with demonstrated experience in demand tracking, reconciliation, and reporting
- Proven people manager with experience leading and developing direct reports in an operational setting
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Effective communicator with strong cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred:
- Experience in wholesale operations within a multi-channel retail or consumer goods environment
- Familiarity with off-price channel execution and key account replenishment programs
- Exposure to Distribution Center operations, reticketing, or inventory transfer workflows
