Job Description

Olympic Bar, located in the lobby of the historic Fairmont Olympic Hotel, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server Assistant to join our dynamic team and make our guests' stay one to remember! Key Responsibilities:

• Support the servers in creating an outstanding dining experience for our guests by ensuring their needs are met promptly
• Set up and prepare dining areas, including arranging table settings and maintaining cleanliness and organization
• Welcome guests, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere
• Assist in clearing and resetting tables efficiently to ensure smooth service flow
• Aid in the delivery of food and beverages to guest tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation
• Respond to guest inquiries and special requests with courtesy and professionalism

Qualifications

• Prior upscale serving experience preferred
• Ability to work in fast paced environments
• Must hold valid authorization to work in the USA
• Available to work early morning, weekends, and holidays
• Food Handlers Card and MAST Permit required
