With a positive and cheerful approach, supervises and supports the front office and patient counselor staff to ensure the patient receives the best possible care.

Site Manager

 

 

STATUS

Full Time (40 hours per week)

 

 

SCHEDULE

Monday - Thursday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Friday 8:00 am - 1:00 pm. Schedule may vary according to patient schedule and clinic needs.

 

 

 

REQUIRED SKILLS


Good communication skills, written and verbal
Pleasant, cooperative, caring attitude
The ability to work with a team to set and to achieve common goals
Detail oriented
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent keyboard skills and good working knowledge of Microsoft word and Excel
Experience supervising and leading a team preferred
Experience in a medical office or hospital setting preferred
Understanding of and ability to follow HIPPA


 

 

PHYSICAL ABILITIES


Acute hearing for telephones
Good visual acuity for driving and using computer monitors
Good hand-eye coordination for telephones and keyboards
Good mobility (must be able to climb stairs)
Lift up to 50 pounds
Reach and stoop to file levels
Able to sit for extended periods of time
