In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. You will handle administrative tasks, assist with inquiries, and help maintain a smooth and efficient office operation.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Answer and route incoming calls to the appropriate departments.
• Manage the scheduling of appointments and maintain office calendars.
• Ensure the front office area is organized and presentable at all times.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.
• Provide support to other departments as needed.
• Address client inquiries and resolve minor concerns with efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required); associate degree or higher (preferred).
• Previous experience in a front office or customer service role (1+ years preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
