As a Front End Developer - Experienced Associate, you will engage in consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimize operational efficiency. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage a broad understanding of various software solutions to assist clients in optimizing operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will be part of a fast-paced environment, adapting to work with a variety of clients and team members, each presenting unique challenges and scope. Responsibilities

Understanding of Gen AI, Agentic AI and conversational AI experiences across voice and digital channels, including chatbots, voice bots, and multi-modal agents 

• Understanding of CCaaS platform capabilities and how AI solutions integrate into IVR, routing, and agent workflows 

• Develop, test, and maintain responsive web applications for agent desktop, supervisor dashboards, and admin consoles within the CCaaS platform 

• Implement real-time UI updates for call/chat status, queue metrics, and agent presence using WebSockets or similar technologies 

• Translate UX/UI designs (Figma/Sketch) into pixel-accurate, accessible, cross-browser compatible components 

• Integrate frontend applications with REST/GraphQL APIs and backend telephony/CTI services 

• Collaborate with backend, QA, and product teams in an Agile/Scrum environment 

• Write clean, reusable, well-documented, and testable code (unit/integration tests) 

• Optimize application performance for low-latency, high-concurrency contact center environments 

• Debug and resolve production issues, including those related to real-time voice/chat interaction states 

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to frontend architecture decisions 

• Stay current with CCaaS industry trends (omnichannel, WebRTC, CTI integrations) 

• Collaborate closely with architects, conversation designers, developers, and product owners to deliver production-grade AI solutions 

Requirements 

Technical Skills: 

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 

• Experience with a modern frontend framework: React.js (preferred), Angular, or Vue.js to build responsive and dynamic web applications including performance optimization and advanced patterns (hooks, memorization, code-splitting) Familiarity with state management (Redux, Context API, Zustand, etc.) 

• Understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous data handling 

• Experience with version control (Git) 

• Basic understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
