Front Office Supervisor - Overnight

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking an Overnight Front Office Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the front office management team while providing courteous and efficient service to all guests. 

As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love—guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. You’ll be a resource for the many questions our quest may have and ensure customer satisfaction prior to arrival and through their stay. 

This is an hourly wage role.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Make independent decisions while maintaining strong ethical standards consistent with company policy, rules and the ability to maintain confidential information  
  • Fully comprehend and operate all relevant aspects of the Front Desk computer system. 
  • Be able to complete and ensure that a proper bucket check, room rate verification report, and housekeeping report have been accurately done and filed as well as daily front office checklists. 
  • Establish and maintain good communications and teamwork with fellow associates and other departments within the resort. 

 

What We’re Looking For 

  • 2 to 3 years progressive experience in a hotel, resort, or related field  
  • A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.
