We are currently seeking a Front Desk Representative to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will provide outstanding customer service, manage front desk operations, and assist with various administrative tasks. This role is essential to maintaining a professional atmosphere and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the front office.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees in a courteous and professional manner

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately

• Manage scheduling and maintain calendars for meeting rooms and appointments

• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries

• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area

• Provide general administrative and clerical support

• Assist with data entry, filing, and other office tasks as needed

• Communicate effectively with internal departments and external guests

Qualifications

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification is a plus

• Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative support role preferred

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
