We are seeking a friendly, professional, and reliable Front Office Receptionist to join our team full-time. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front office experience.

Position:
Full-time, Front Office Receptionist

Work Hours:

• Monday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST

• Tuesday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Salary:
$19.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Location:
Single office location
No remote work available

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients and visitors in a warm and professional manner

• Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously

• Schedule and confirm appointments

• Verify insurance information and collect co-pays

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

• Assist with administrative tasks and office organization

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Requirements:

• Previous front office or customer service experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Detail-oriented and organized

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Bilingual a plus (but not required)
