Position: Front Desk Reception + Retail Associate

Work Term: Part-time | Weekend availability required

Location: Crescent Corners – 57 E 11400 S, Sandy, Utah

Wage: $12.00–$15.00 per hour + Retail Commission

Position Overview

As a Front Desk Reception + Retail Associate at Tommy Gun's Sandy, you are the first point of contact for every guest. You play a key role in ensuring our vision of personalized service and attention to detail is consistently delivered. From greeting clients and managing the check-in process to assisting with retail sales, you’ll help create a welcoming, organized, and professional environment.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service both in-person and over the phone
• Greet guests and manage check-ins using our digital queue system
• Assist clients with product recommendations and complete retail transactions
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area and retail display
• Answer guest questions about services and scheduling
• Provide general administrative support to the team and assist barbers as needed
