• Manage check-in and check-out processes promptly and accurately

• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services, bookings, and general information

• Maintain the front desk area in a neat and organized condition

• Handle guest complaints or issues with patience and professionalism

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction

• Process payments and maintain accurate financial records

• Perform basic administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred

• Previous front desk, reception, or customer service experience is a plus

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
