About The Job
Twine Freelancers work quickly and efficiently to produce high-quality results. We are currently seeking a Temporary Graphic Designer for one of the largest domestic steel producers and metal recycling company.
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing core communication channels and deliverables, ensuring alignment of themes, strategy and messages.
- Partnering with human resources and business leaders to drive Six Strategic Pillars.
- Evaluating the ongoing needs of the HR department to deliver the right communication via the right channel.
- Develop, design, and create a wide range of communication deliverables that integrate the brand and message across various media channels.
- Create content for and partner with IT and other internal users to oversee the day-to-day management and maintenance of websites and other digital channels.
- Assist in managing projects with outside marketing agencies, review deliverables, and provide feedback.
Requirements
- Project management skills, including a proven track record developing and executing project plans and deliverables timely;
- Ability to excel at making complex ideas and themes easily understood and memorable;
- Attention to detail;
- Responds positively to feedback and incorporates in deliverables;
- Superb communications skills;
- Professional-level skills in Microsoft Office software (SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) and graphic design software, including the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Adobe InDesign;
- High level of energy, self-confidence and enthusiasm with the ability to work well at all levels of the organization, quickly grasping information across a variety of disciplines;
- Ability to respond to rapidly changing conditions with agility and imagination, capitalizing on emerging communication opportunities;
- Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to multi-task, prioritize and follow through on commitments;
- Self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision;
- Ability to maintain discretion and manage confidential information;
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
