Join Our Support Team as a Franchise Business Consultant!


POSITION SUMMARY:

To maximize sales and profits by providing franchisees business consulting and influencing franchisees to grow their business while ensuring consistency in operational execution and brand standard adherence.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

· Analyze franchise operations by assessing the execution of Brand standards. Ensure franchisees are managing business to meet or exceed those standards.

· Protect the integrity of the brand through consistent field visits and providing feedback to franchisees.

· Conduct business reviews with franchisees on an ongoing basis (quarterly), identifying sales building opportunities and recommending solutions to growing their business. Offer P&L reviews with franchisees and provide written recommendations.

· Partner with Field Training Team to support all aspects of new store openings for both new and existing franchisees. 

· Support rollouts and Lighthouse initiatives.

· Serves as the primary point of contact for franchisees for cross-departmental communications and support.

· Ensure execution of core HR/People Development and training processes and programs. Ensure company approved training system is in place and utilized.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE: Minimal requirements.

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Minimum five (5) years’ experience.

· Experience managing and influencing relationships with franchisees.

· Experience in the restaurant industry.

· Ability to understand and analyze financial statements and recommend solutions.

· Willing to travel 85%.
