The FP&R Regional Manager is responsible for enabling strong program execution and driving cross-category sharing at all sites in the assigned region. They will lead regional networks, cross auditing, and benchmarking; communicate and drive key initiatives and results; provide guidance on standards, tools & systems; and ensure FP&R governance integrity.
The role requires broad technical knowledge of categories and sites and the ability to understand standards implementation challenges. In addition, excellent communication and teamwork skills across categories, regions and sites with Directors of Manufacturing, Technical Directors and senior SC management are required. Further, strong leadership skills are required to support site DoMs and FP&R teams.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Provide regional leadership through serving as a link to the center and provide regional FP&R Updates
- Serve as subject matter expert in standards and provide mentorship on standards, tools & systems
- Lead and facilitate knowledge transfer through teaching and coaching for CI Initiatives (Material Loss Reduction, Unplanned Downtime Reduction, Lean Six Sigma Implementation) and key standard progression.
- Lead and facilitate regular network meetings to understand and provide support to close gaps. Ensure benchmarking and PTS.
- Provide feedback to global category and CMS leadership
- Conduct hands-on site support visits to assist in FP&R implementation; coordinate workshops and COPs for immediate return on investment.
- Participate in global assessments - site self-assessment SME coordination.
- Own the development of next generation global initiatives, updating standards and rolling out communication
- Mentor sites/FP&R Area Leaders/Coordinators
- Develop regional FP&R training calendar
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science or related
- 8+ years of experience in a Factory Operations, FP&R, Engineering or Supply Chain role
- Proven understanding of the following standards and plant operations:
- Management Systems
- 5S & Visual Workplace
- Planned Maintenance
- Autonomous Maintenance
- Productivity & Continuous Improvement
- Production Planning
- People Capability
- Engineering documentation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Lean Six Sigma Certified
- MBA
- Experience as Operations Manager
- Experience as FP&R Leader at strategic site
- Smart Factory
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $128,000.00 - $144,000.00 USD
Pay is based on multiple non-discriminatory, individualized factors including but not limited to experience, job-related knowledge and education, skills and office/market location. In addition to base salary, salaried employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing and, for Executive-level (salary grade 16 and above) roles only, long-term incentives in the form of Restricted Stock Units and/or Stock Options.
