Your skills

• Experience selling benefits in multiple states to SMBs and startups

• Detail orientation and clear process management

• Customer empathy - do whats best for them

• Benefits licensed (Life and health required, P&C is a plus)

What you’ll do

• Guide our customers on designing their benefits packages, picking plans, etc

• Filling out and submitting insurance forms

• Updating our system with the right information about health insurance

• Communicate with customers to solve issues

• Set up processes to ensure that no benefits enrollments get missed

• Problem solve and fix benefits issues
