Job Summary: The Forward Planning Team Lead will directly oversee and provide support to the Forward Planning Data Specialist team.

This is a 1st Shift position: Monday – Friday, 7am – 3:30pm (Hours are flexible)

Employees must remain in their role for 12 months before posting to a new position.

What You Will Do:

• Review shop maintenance instructions, service bulletins and airworthiness directives for accuracy
• Review incoming engine records to ensure they are correctly defined
• Work with the shop floor to help resolve incoming records and compliance issues
• Input all records data into digital database

Qualifications You Must Have: 

• HS Diploma or GED equivalent
• 2+ years’ data management experience in a regulated industry
• Has obtained P&W Inspection Stamp (internal applicants)
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.

Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.
