Job Summary:

Floating Store Manager - Long Island New York

A dynamic leader who will reflect the company’s ethos around people, processes, operations and brand advocacy. This leader is responsible for personal sales, store sales goals, leading a team, managing operations, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and implementing strategies to achieve revenue goals. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the store's success and contributing to overall company growth and is held to the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and professionalism.

Total Compensation Range: $64,000 - $95,000 per year (inclusive of base, commission and bonus)

As a Retail Store Manager with La-Z-Boy you'll be leading by example, which we believe the be the best way to lead. You'll be working with high quality, design savvy clients who appreciate quality and comfort while coaching and mentoring your team to success.

Ever considered running your own business? It's a lot like that, you'll enjoy a competitive base salary of $64,000 - $95,000 plus earn uncapped commission on written sales and bonus opportunities! Our store managers are earning on average over $80,000 a year with excellent benefits including

Just like owning your own business, you'll be responsible for achieving all sales targets and meeting budget requirements. While selling along side your team, you will have co-managers who will be with you every step of the way including your Interior Designer and Sales Manager.
