• Minimum 2 years of leasing experience (required)
• Strong customer service and sales background
• High school diploma or GED
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to walk property, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs
• Professional appearance, strong communication skills
• Saturday availability required

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet prospects, conduct tours, and close leases
• Process applications, lease paperwork, and deposits
• Maintain accurate records and ensure unit readiness
• Address resident inquiries and resolve concerns
