Floating Leasing Consultant

AMLI Residential has an opening for a temporary floating leasing consultant who will work in our luxury apartment communities throughout our Seattle and Bellevue portfolio for approximately 3 months. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who likes variety and working in different communities.

Our Leasing Consultants interact directly with prospective and current residents to maximize the property's occupancy. This includes generating and handling traffic, qualifying prospects, leasing apartments, and preparing lease documentation. 

Duties Include:

• Lease qualified prospects by showing available apartments. Greet and qualify prospects, follow up on prospective residents, and market the community to prospects via telephone, internet, and social media/networking programs. 
• Timely and accurately processed all required administrative forms, leases, and related information.
• Provide quality customer service and timely response to resident requests and complaints. This includes helping residents and prospects before, during, and after leasing an apartment.
• Maintain relationships with all apartment locator services and local businesses to provide informational material. Update periodically.
• Maintain an ongoing resident retention program under the direction of the Community/Leasing Manager. This includes participation in resident activities.
• Shop competition regularly. 
•  Ensure a professional appearance and manner for oneself.

Compensation:

• Starting pay is $21.50 an hour plus earn an extra 35% on average in leasing commissions/bonuses.

Requirements:

• We seek someone with two or more years of related sales and/or customer service experience. 
• Saturday availability required. Sundays closed; will have split days off during the work week.
