FleetShare Operations Specialist

Remote Status: In Office

Description:

Join Merchants Fleet’s rapidly expanding FleetShare program as a Specialist in FleetShare Operations. In this dynamic role, you will be essential in driving the future of the commercial rapid rental industry. In this role you will provide daily support to clients, vendors, and internal service partners, ensuring the delivery of superior customer service and operational support within your assigned geographic territory.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for all operational support in your assigned region.
• Collaborate directly with the regional Field Ambassador to support your operational region and fleet portfolio.
• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly operations escalations and inquiries.
• Create and oversee Maintenance and Repair work orders.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners for inspections, registrations, and material delivery.
• Collaborate on transportation and logistics coordination of assets.
• Facilitate and reconcile billing processes as needed.
• Partner with adjacent departments to scale the FleetShare program.
• Work with peer operations specialists to create and provide KPI reporting on regional performance.
• Build and maintain standard operating procedures.
• Travel Required:
• 10% travel to interface with FleetShare customers, third-party vendors, and Merchants Field Specialists.

Skills:

• Communication & Correspondence:
  • Effectively coordinate and collaborate with a focus on customer service for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Software and Data Familiarity:
  • Proficient in digesting data sources and managing operational support across various software platforms, including MS Office Suite, SalesForce, and LeaseWave.
• Operational Agility:
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a fluid environment, showcasing organization, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to achieve timely results.

 

Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in product management or operations support.
• Experience with logistics, transportation, and/or the auto industry is a plus.

 

Technology:

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and PowerBi.

 

Education:

• Associate’s degree or higher.
