BASIC PURPOSE: The Fleet Specialty Admin is responsible for opening legal and CSA cases and indexing documents as well as answering phone calls for Fleet members. Admin may also be assigned other duties as assigned by Supervisor.  

 

JOB FUNCTIONS: Includes duties that the employee must be able to perform, either unaided or with the assistance of a “reasonable accommodation.”

  • To provide the best possible customer service for associates and members through inbound and outbound phone calls.
  • Obtain specific information from a court or attorney regarding traffic citation and input that information into the computer system.
  • To recognize any case that may need specific actions to be taken and use critical thinking to determine the best steps for case and if unable, properly notify supervisor.
  • Input any information provided by attorneys or courts in the system.
  • Complete various forms of paperwork needed to handle the case in the best possible manner.
  • Work the Fleet call docket
  • Open tickets for fleet memberships in a timely manner.
  • Open CSA cases for Fleet memberships in a timely manner
  • Arrive on shift and stay for duration of scheduled shift.
  • Maintain proper records of attendance by correctly using Paycom Self Service.
  • Report discrepancies to your Supervisor.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED

Professional Experience

  • To have worked in a call center setting for at least 2 years.

Skill Sets

  • Verbally communicate with a customer and provider via telephone
  • Type at least 35 word per minute
  • Operate a computer and use the internet
  • Familiar with 10-key
  • Familiar with Legal terminology
  • Answer incoming phone calls
  • Legibly complete required paperwork
  • Think independently and problem solve

 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Able to sit for eight hours (duration of shift)
