We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Fleet Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day management of our vehicle fleet. This role is responsible for scheduling, compliance, maintenance coordination, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all company vehicles. The ideal candidate will be organized, customer service–oriented, and experienced in logistics or fleet operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assign fuel cards
- Update GPS tracking platform
- Coordinate vehicle sourcing and removal
- Schedule truck rentals as needed
- Monitor vehicle preventative maintenance
- Submit and track accident investigation claims
- Maintain insurance cards and yearly renewals
- Manage DOT management platform
- Manage and issue toll tags
Qualifications
- Previous experience in fleet coordination, logistics, or transportation management.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fleet management software (preferred).
