Location: Wraysbury
Up to £35,000 per annum DOE
Monday–Friday | 40 hours | Either 7:00am – 4:00pm or 8:00am – 5:00pm
 
We’re looking for an organised and proactive Fleet Administrator / Fleet Coordinator / Vehicle Administrator / Fleet Services Administrator to join a busy transport operation in Wraysbury.
This is a great opportunity for someone with previous fleet, transport, vehicle or workshop administration experience who enjoys keeping things organised and making sure the day-to-day operation runs smoothly.
 
The role of the Fleet Administrator / Fleet Coordinator / Vehicle Administrator / Fleet Services Administrator

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the fleet operation
Maintain accurate vehicle and fleet records
Keep servicing, maintenance, inspections and compliance records up to date
Coordinate vehicle maintenance and workshop requirements
Liaise with drivers, technicians, suppliers and management
Update systems and produce reports when required
Help ensure vehicles remain compliant and available for operation 
What we're looking for from the Fleet Administrator / Fleet Coordinator / Vehicle Administrator / Fleet Services Administrator

Previous experience in fleet, transport, vehicle or workshop administration
Strong organisational and administration skills
Good attention to detail
Confident communicating with drivers, technicians and external suppliers
Comfortable using IT systems and Microsoft Office
Able to work independently and manage competing priorities
A practical understanding of vehicle/fleet operations would be advantageousThe big attraction!!
