Fleet Administrative Assistant

BASIC PURPOSE: The primary purpose of this position is to handle administrative tasks associated with the Love's truck/tire care vehicles and assist with the corporate fleet vehicles/pool cars. 

 

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with title and registering vehicles
• Help with renewing tags monthly
• File paperwork
• Communicate with vendors to assign trucks to stores
• Help with toll violations  
• Other duties assigned as needed

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Education:
  • HS Diploma or equivalent required
• Experience:
  • Previous fleet management experience preferred 

 

SKILLS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Skills:
  • Hard Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Soft Skills: Customer service skills; detail oriented; ability to clearly communicate through written and oral communication. the ability to work under pressure and meet time constraints in a fast-paced environment and the ability to multi-task and work independently as well as part of a team
• Typical Physical Demands:
  • Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping.
  • Occasional lifting up to at least 50 pounds.
  • Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
  • Requires normal range of hearing and vision.

 

LOCATION AND WORK SCHEDULE:

• Location:
  • This position will be located at Love's corporate office annex: 3601 NW 63rd OKC, OK, 73116.
• Work Schedule:
  • Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm (you receive a 30-minute lunch break).
