We are searching for a hands-on, high-performing Fixed Operations Manager who can lead our Service & Parts team to achieve targeted goals while providing exceptional, best-in-class customer experience. 

Who are we looking for?

• 2-3 years Dealership Service Manager Experience REQUIRED
• Strong customer experience focused REQUIRED
• Forward thinking mindset on how to do business REQUIRED
• Change Manager & Tech Savy in Service/Part Oppeotunities REQUIRED
• Ability to drive business for high performance and motivate teams
• CDK experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional references to verify experiences

The California pay range for this position is $195,0000.00 - $295,000.00 annually depending on experience.

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes <Commission> , and <Bonuses>.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. And a variety of other benefits.
