Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a First Line Manufacturing Manager (level K) to support the Electrical Systems Responsibility Center (ESRC) team based out of Everett, Washington on 2nd shift.
In this position you will lead manufacturing teams in the Light Auto Code (LAC), Connector Prep, and Komax areas. We are looking for candidates who demonstrate strong interpersonal and leadership skills and who can build an environment where every team member is respected and empowered. Position Responsibilities:
Manages employees performing activities in multiple manufacturing disciplines.
Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies.
Acquires resources, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
Manages, develops and motivates employees.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Everett, WA.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience working in an aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing environment.
3+ years of experience collaborating with cross functional teams
1+ years of experience demonstrating people management skills to include coaching, teaching and mentoring
3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and /or informal leadership role.
Ability to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience in working to lead and develop teams to execute to safety, quality, and cost
3+ years of experience with continuous process improvement initiatives.
1+ years of experience with Electrical Systems
3+ years of experience with Quality Management Systems and/or One Boeing Production System (One BPS)

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $115,900-$134,200
