Finished Goods Warehouse Specialist

Position Summary

This position’s primary responsibility is the data input, inventory control, and accuracy of the Finish Goods Warehouse.  The position is also responsible for the daily updated customer delivery status, any abnormal/incorrect late shipment, short shipments, damaged freight and reporting the issues immediately Warehouse Manager and VP of Operations.  This position must also be able to be back up for LTO driver for warehouse and shipping.

Major Function and Scope

• Everyday Input/update all warehouse data into the Oracle NetSuite and excel spreadsheet.
• Does a physical counting of the inventory and compare with Oracle NetSuite’s data.
• Work with other Workshops regarding handover materials (Production to Warehouse)
• Communicate and assist clients for pickup.
• Communicate to warehouse manager and VP of Operations any delay in shipping finished goods.  
• Reporting accurate information on inventory, corrections and returns. 
• Investigation into any damaged, short shipped, missed shipments and incorrect deliveries to customers. 
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Knowledge, Experience, and Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in management, logistics, or 5 years of applicable experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Thorough understanding of company products and logistics.  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Strong Excel experience
• Mobile equipment certification and ability assist team as needed.
• ERP Experience

Physical Requirements/Work Environment

• This position is largely self-directed and requires an understanding of company policy, procedures, and values.
• Data entry while seated for greater than one (1) hour.
• Able to stand and walk up to 10 hours per day.
• The employee is frequently required to sit; occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. 
• The employee must frequently lift and/or move 50 pounds. 
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. This position is occasionally exposed to wet, warm, humid, and cold temperatures.
