Location: Indianapolis, IN Gateway Plaza, with occasional days at Fairbanks.
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Hybrid flexibility with 1-2 days per week in office no weekends, no on call or overtime.

About the Role
The Financial Management Advisor is a role supporting the Executive Director of Financial and Capital Planning. The individual is responsible for developing and coordinating the system's short- and long-term financial plans, analyzing and improving financial systems, and providing guidance on financial performance for specific areas. They monitor budgets across entities and departments, implement initiatives to meet operational targets, and prioritize projects for the Financial Services team. Serving as a strategic liaison, this role ensures alignment between fiscal and operational goals, requiring strong collaboration, effective communication, and adherence to timelines. Success depends on balancing analytical skills with interpersonal effectiveness to support organizational objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree is required.
- Requires 5-7 years of relevant experience.
- Degree in Finance or related field a plus.
- Relevant experience considered is financial or operational analysis.
- Requires analytical experience working with complex data sets.
- Requires proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products/applications; strong Microsoft Excel experience required; relational database and financial or operational modeling experience a plus.
