Serve as a strategic business consultant to specified lines of business (LOBs), providing financial analysis and guidance to support key decisions and initiatives that may include new product development, pricing, profitability, expense efficiency and value creation ideas, new investment business cases, and potential divestiture or acquisition opportunities. Prepare management information and insights to guide decision making and evaluates financial performance vs. plan, prior periods, and the strategic plan. Support and develop recurring short and long-term financial forecasts and the annual financial planLOCATION:
** Truist in-office requirement is 5 days per week**

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Provide financial leadership for a specialized sub-segment with moderate complexity.
2. Ensure accurate reporting and contribute to tactical execution and planning.
3. Align financials with operational goals within a defined scope.
4. Support performance tracking and variance analysis.
5. Assist in preparing forecasts and financial plans.
6. Collaborate with business partners to support financial decision-making.
7. Maintain documentation and ensure data integrity.
8. Develop business case materials and ensure alignment with stakeholders
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent education and related training.
2. Eight years of relevant accounting or finance experience that includes complex financial analysis.
3.Ability to work independently with minimal guidance. Proactive in completing tasks and producing deliverables.
4. Proactive in completing tasks and producing deliverables.
5. Sound and comprehensive understanding of business and organizational strategies and processes.
6. Ability to build consensus through communication and presentation of factual and relevant information.
7. Strong verbal and written communication skills to interpret and communicate financial analysis to business partners in a concise and useful manner.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
9.Sound and logical decision-making abilities.
10. Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work well with others in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
11. Familiarity with GAAP.
12. High proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and other basic software products.
13. Financial Modeling experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Finance experience supporting Technology or Operations
2. Certified Public Accountant, Certified Management Accountant, or Chartered Financial Analyst
3. Master’s degree of MBA
4. Specific financial services or specialized
