Job Description

This is dual site role between West Memphis and Walnut Ridge. Candidate will travel between two sites.

Responsibilities include the following:

• Prepare financial analysis to support plant decision making
• Analyze industry trends and operational risks
• Perform financial forecasting and operational metrics tracking
• Generate presentations and reports as well as communicate with all levels of personnel
• Disseminate data and generate journal entries; Perform SAP postings on customer complaints
• Provide and maintain weekly and monthly reports and obtain appropriate levels of approval for variances
• Coordinate meetings with managers to communicate department accounting metrics, variances to budgets and root causes and prepare related cost center review schedules
• Working with operations for forecasting spending trends and labor requirements
• Projects and administrative related activities

Qualifications

• Must be proficient with personal computer applications- MS Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
• Familiar with accounting systems and reporting- able to learn SAP and use independently
• Knowledge of accounting processes, internal controls, physical inventory processes
• Above average analytics, oral and written communication skills are essential
• Able to work on multiple projects concurrently
• Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or 8 Years of Experience
