About the role

Overview

As a Financial Analyst, you’ll be a key player in our local finance and accounting team. Your contributions will help shape our branch’s financial strategy and support our goals in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts, providing crucial analytical support to drive smart decisions.• Help create accurate financial statements and reports, ensuring everything aligns with our monthly closing and reporting guidelines.• Dive into financial data to spot trends and opportunities for improvement; present your insights to management and suggest impactful changes.• Support various functions, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Inventory, Asset Management, and Commissions.• Identify and propose innovative process improvements to streamline our operations.• Prepare general ledger account analysis and reconciliations for the balance sheet.• Track and generate data for reporting as needed.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in finance and/or accounting.• BA/BS in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting; MBA is a plus.• Strong communication skills, organizational savvy, and attention to detail.• Willingness to travel as needed (less than 10%).

Compensation for this position

The compensation range for this role is $67,400 - $92,950. The listed salary range or contractual rate excludes bonuses, incentives, differential pay, and any other forms of compensation or benefits. The starting salary will be determined by several variables, including but not limited to experience, education, training, certification, and location. You may also be eligible to receive an annual discretionary incentive award, commissions, and program-specific awards, which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
