Financial Analyst

What You’ll Do:

• Drive the annual budgeting process using Adaptive Insights, refining strategies alongside our accounting team.
• Collaborate with business partners to forecast monthly revenue and expenses, keeping our financials on point.
• Own critical areas of the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Analyze departmental expenditures, uncovering variances and delivering actionable insights.
• Prepare compelling presentations for executive leadership, investors, and board members.
• Support operational data automation projects and tackle ad-hoc requests that keep our business thriving.

What We’re Looking For:

• Candidates must be available to work in Las Vegas office, every day.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in budgeting, financial modeling, and decision analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
• A self-motivated, results-oriented individual who can juggle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with Sage Intacct, Adaptive Insights, or Service Titan.
• Experience in the home services industry (solar, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or similar)
