We’re looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst Intern to join our team this summer. This role is a great opportunity to contribute to strategic financial planning, analyze key operational results, and support high-impact projects that drive business success.
As a Financial Analyst Intern, you’ll work closely with experienced finance professionals who will mentor you as you develop long-range plans, prepare executive-level presentations, and gain valuable insights into corporate finance and strategy.
This internship will be starting on June 1, 2026 and ending on August 7, 2026.
This role requires intern to work 100% onsite in our San Diego HQ. Housing assistance and stipends are not provided.

What you’ll be doing
As a Financial Analyst Intern at Options For All, you will:
Assist in the preparation of financial plans / forecasts including monthly projections, annual budgets, long range plans, and related updates
Analyze financial and operational results versus forecast and plan, investigate significant variances and communicate findings to management team
Assist in the validation of existing forecasts
Analyze monthly reports, investigate variances and review with the management team
Support strategic initiatives and help review critical financial decisions
Support internal and external financial and management reporting including investor and banking relations
Assist in preparation of financial modeling for new business development, cost saving projects, capital expenditure evaluation, competitive analyses, and channel, broker, customer and product profitability
Assist in the preparation of executive, board level, and research analyst presentations
Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis and management reports on request
What we’re looking for
Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Must pass a background check.
Education:
Currently enrolled and in good standing at an accredited university
Minimum 3.0 GPA
Experience:
Experience with NetSuite and Power BI is a plus
Skills
Thorough understanding of Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and processes end-to-end with a strong attention to detail
Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
Ability to work under tight deadlines
Must be detail oriented and very organized with the ability to multi-task to deliver timely output and handle shifting priorities professionally
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
