We are in search of a Finance Analyst – Income FP&A to drive the improvement of ‘GE Appliance’s a Haier company’ reporting, short term estimation, budgeting cycles, and total company analysis. In this role, you will be critical to the FP&A team’s success through coordination of Pulses, Short Range Outlooks, and annual Budget activities. You will play a critical role in analyzing the company’s financials and provide senior leadership the information they need when they need it. This role provides significant exposure to the Executive Director - FP&A, and the broader finance organization while operating in a dynamic environment with unique challenges to solve.Position

- Acts as a key member/coordinator of the finance team and as a point person working across functional and product line finance/FP&A leaders
- Reports and analyzes monthly financials
- Owns and acts as the primary point of contact for dedicated functional reviews
- Acts as the key contact with Parent company Haier FP&A & provide analytical support
- Supports GEA short-range planning / Budgeting cycles
- Manages the monthly JE’s and Account Reconciliation process
- Provides ad-hoc support regarding other various projects and key initiatives for the FP&A team
- Owns internal & externally reported P&L maintenance and reconcile reported financial statements
- Manages relationship with the DT/IT team & coordinate system maintenance, recast, ledger update processes

- Operational Execution: Independently manages a range of recurring finance processes, identifying opportunities for automation or efficiency improvements, ensuring timely and error-free outputs.
- Business Partnership: Contributes to financial planning and project discussions by translating business goals into financial implications and collaborating across functions to support accurate tracking and resource alignment.
- Controllership & Risk Management: Identifies compliance gaps or anomalies in financial data, proactively addresses minor control issues, and supports risk mitigation efforts in collaboration with more senior team members.
Educational and Experiential Background
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 3 years prior relevant experience.
Preferred Experience:
- Knowledge of Hyperion, Excel, OBIEE/OBIA
