Trainee Financial Adviser

Salary: Up to £50k/year DOE

An established financial planning business is seeking a motivated Trainee Financial Adviser to support the delivery of high-quality financial advice to clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their advisory career within a professional and client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing and delivering financial planning recommendations.
Support client meetings, fact-finding, and review processes.
Conduct research on pensions, investments, protection, and other financial planning solutions.
Help prepare suitability reports and maintain accurate client records.
Work closely with advisers and support teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
Maintain knowledge of financial products, regulations, and industry developments.
Contribute to business growth through excellent client service and relationship building.

Requirements

Working towards or recently achieved Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent).
Strong interest in financial planning and wealth management.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
High attention to detail and a professional, client-focused approach.
Ability to work collaboratively and manage priorities effectively.
