Financial Accounting Analyst

Corrigan Krause is currently assisting their client in the search for a full-time, direct hire Financial Accounting Analyst. Our client is a niche industry manufacturer who has been in business for 35 years and has become an industry leader with products that are made fully in the U.S.A.  The goal of the Financial Accounting Analyst is to minimize the roles of the principal owners in the day-to-day finance and accounting area of the Organization and to improve/enhance the timeliness and accuracy of the information provided by the current accounting system. The Financial Accounting Analyst will also be heavily involved in reviewing and improving their standard operating procedures (SOP). 

Requirements

• Oversee and maintain accounting and finance operations
• Ensure timely financial reporting, including internal statements and data for CPA review
• Supervise accounting and administrative staff 
• Improve inventory system and ensure accuracy
• Review monthly inventory reports, assess cost accounting, and analyze ERP system
• Develop and maintain budgets, cash flow forecasts, and provide financial analysis
• Partner with external CPA and banks, oversee financial statements, and manage equipment financing
• Maintain compliance and internal control systems
• Review and analyze Quickbooks records, produce customized reports, and reconcile accounts
• Manage working capital, vendor and customer relationships

Experience and Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required
• 5-10 years of manufacturing experience is required
• Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems is required, Global Shop and MACH experience is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Quickbooks
• Ability to handle multiple projects and communicate effectively
