Learn more at&nbsp;<a href="https://verve.com/">verve.com</a>.<strong><br></strong></p></div><p><strong>What You Will Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Overviewing the entire accounts payable process, including posting various business/credit card payments/transactions and preparing/executing payments</li> <li>Providing accurate inputs for weekly cash planning and payment proposals for the designated entities</li> <li>Ensuring account reconciliations are completed on time, and open items are cleared in a timely manner, especially during the month-end close</li> <li>Vendor verification and master data maintenance</li> <li>Responsible for intercompany transactions, invoices, posting, and preparing IC reconciliations at month-end</li> <li>Ensure accurate accounting for fixed assets, prepayments, employee reimbursement (expensify) approval, and posting</li> <li>Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness</li> <li>Assisting with the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings in accordance with IFRS / German GAAP</li> <li>Participation in the continuous improvement of the group’s internal financial processes, reporting, and control system</li> <li>Interact with other internal stakeholders in accounting matters as needed</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You Will Bring</strong></p> <ul> <li>Completed vocational training or university degree with a focus on Finance and Accounting&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience in processing Intercompany transactions and reconciliations</li> <li>Minimum 3 years of work experience in Accounting, with a focus on General Ledger</li> <li>Experience in MS Office is required, with a main focus on Excel</li> <li>Full business proficiency in English is a must</li> <li>Experience with ERP systems is needed, Oracle NetSuite knowledge is appreciated</li> <li>Knowledge of IFRS / German GAAP (or equivalent) is mandatory</li> <li>Flexibility to handle different accounting cases (non-sta
