Job Description

We are looking for a Finance Sr. Manager to support Cloud Operations and capacity planning for Zscaler’s global Data Centers, reporting to the FP&A organization. As a member of Zscaler’s Finance organization, the central responsibilities will be to develop a strong partnership with the Cloud Operations Senior Leadership to drive Financial and Operational discipline in support of business growth. This is a high visibility role for an energetic individual seeking to make a large impact in a fast moving environment.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Cloud Operations leadership team to design and execute strategic plans that maintains financial discipline and control while supporting significant growth  
• Build business cases that support capacity expansion with clear measures of success and measure proress along the way
• Design and deliver optimized program communication plans including executive and key partner communications
• Determine phasing and metrics associated with program lifecycle that effectively address continuous improvement including Resource Stewardship (e.g., effective deployment of machine and people resources), including near-term and long-term objectives
• Determine and collect data required to govern programs and effectively drive stakeholder decision-making
• Anticipate change management requirements that are required by program stakeholders
• Build trusted relationships with program stakeholders, including managing expectations of senior cross-functional leads and ensuring they have the insights they need to make effective decisions
• Contribute to the forecasting of Cloud Operations Capex spend
• Recommend and track opportunities for cost savings / avoidance

Qualifications

• 15+ overall years of experience in Finance or Operations at technology companies
• Bachelor’s degree or MBA (or equivalent experience)
• Expertise in Data Center build planning, forecasting, analysis, related metrics
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and influence across all levels of the company
• Exceptional business judgment, problem solving and analytical skills

The base salary range for this full-time position is $165,000 - 185,000 + bonus + equity 

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
