Finance Manager, M&A

Responsibilities

• Perform financial due diligence for in-house M&A transactions
• Analyze Target’s business drivers, quality of earnings, quality of assets and key deal issues to identify deal breakers and suggest remediations
• Collaborate with in-house project teams to achieve team success
• Engage and manage external advisors in financial and tax field
• Design and implement funding structure for the transaction
• Proactively take initiative to streamline internal processes

Requirements

• University graduates with a minimum of 5 years of professional due diligence and valuation experience in Big 4 or other advisory firms is preferrable
• Strong analytical, presentation, project management and communication skills
• CPA Qualified 
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
