FINANCE MANAGER | CARDIFF | HYBRID

Are you a well-rounded Finance Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment?

I'm currently working on an exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager to join a busy and established finance function in Cardiff.

We're looking for someone who can take ownership of the full management accounting lifecycle, while also bringing strong people management and leadership experience.

🔎 What we're looking for:

Proven experience as a Finance Manager / Senior Management Accountant

Strong understanding of the end-to-end management accounting process

Proven people management, coaching and development experience

Experience working within a Shared Service Centre or fast-paced, complex finance environment is highly desirable

Strong month-end, reporting, budgeting and forecasting experience

Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines

Multi-currency experience would be a distinct advantage

A commercially minded approach with the confidence to partner with stakeholders across the business

📍 The role:

Cardiff | Hybrid - 4 days office / 1 day from home
