The Finance Business Partner purpose will be to provide business partner support to Intra ECSA head of trade and Head of Network Products for IAM Services, so that the return on investments in our assets as well as our ocean products delivers the proper profitability and optimizes value creation.

This role will by Hybrid.

Key Responsibilities

Financial and Performance Management

• Responsible for driving effective performance management for the IECSA trades in IAM.
• Timely identify and correct detailed performance for critical areas through action-oriented framework.
• Drive appropriate use of financial models for decision making process, detail analysis in services and performance/profitability.
• Accountable for delivery and follow up of financials (Budget, Monthly and FY process), Variance analysis and target setting with head of trade and network product owners.

Partnering

• Identifying new creative ways to add value to the organization challenging the status quo.
• Drive smooth financial interaction between network product owners, AREAs, ROM and relevant Center functions.
• Lobbies behind the scenes to build support for ideas and solicits the involvement of others to build ownership and buy-in.
• Analyze the wider business and political implications when making decisions, including the effectiveness of the outcome​.
• Impacts decisions through presenting the right set of financials​.
• Can be a substitute for leaders to drive business review meetings.
• Drive business engagement in volume and profitability.
• Analyze over performing and underperforming services and corridors.

Process

• Engage with CENFIN to drive relevant cost/customer initiatives, dig into the service profitability to drive decision making and with Head of IECSA trade as well as network product owner for IECSA IAM

Required experience & skills

• At least 5 years of experience in the field.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• Advanced level Excel skills
• Financial analysis experience.
