Job Summary
Demonstrating excellence in customer service, responsible for the support of client, clinical and medical technologies, and their related systems. Collaborates with care providers, end-users, and other Digital Services (DS) teams to perform workflow analysis, process improvement, communication/education, requirements definition, testing, installation, replacement, troubleshooting and problem resolution. Responsible for ensuring alignment with regulatory, biomedical and DS standards by applying knowledge of care processes, workflows, systems, and safety risks for all areas of assigned location(s). May develop/present care provider and end-user communications and training for new or updated related technologies/systems. Serves as the primary point of contact for end-user problem identification, and drives problem resolution. Documents workflow, problems, resolutions, and DS procedures. Staff members in this position are effective and self-sufficient and regularly provide guidance and training to less experience Technical Analysts.
Essential Functions
- Conducts stakeholder analysis and identifies the key stakeholders and their needs, expectations, and potential resistance to the change.
- Conducts change impact analysis and assess the magnitude and scope of the change on the organization, processes, systems, and people.
- Develops and implements change management strategies and tactics, in alignment with the project objectives and the change management lead's guidance.
- Develops and delivers change-related communications and messages, using various channels and formats, to inform, engage, and motivate the stakeholders.
- Designs and facilitates change-related workshops, and events, to prepare, and support the stakeholders for the change.
- Monitors and measures the effectiveness of the change management activities and the progress of the change adoption.
- Provides feedback and recommendations to the change management lead and the project team on the change management issues and risks and propose mitigation actions.
- Collaborates and coordinates with the other change management consultants, the project team, and the business units to ensure alignment and integration of the change management efforts.
- Continuously refines deliverables as additional details are uncovered and project needs evolve.
- Other duties as assigned by change management leads and project manager.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 5 years of relevant experience in the field
Preferred
- Master's Degree or equivalent
- Experience supporting client, clinical and medical technologies and systems
- Experience and proficiency in event correlation/log analysis, failure analysis/reporting, root cause analysis, risk assessment and troubleshooting
- Experience managing multiple projects and coordinating activities of numerous, diverse areas simultaneously
