Position Summary
This position will be responsible for providing onsite technical services to Customers in support of Mission Critical Cooling Systems. Executes the delivery of installation, startup, commissioning support, remedial and preventative maintenance (PM) services.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment and is eager to apply their technical skills during project installations, break fix and preventative maintenance. If you have practical experience troubleshooting electro-mechanical systems, reading technical manuals and schematics, along with basic use of hand tools and electrical test equipment. Folks who have most likely been a field engineer/Maintenance tech/engineer.

Required Skills
- Proven experience in maintenance and facilities management
- Hands-on expertise in maintaining conveyance systems, forklift equipment, dock equipment, dock plates, powered industrial trucks, and manual material handling equipment
- Strong knowledge of building systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, signage, and exterior building structure
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, sketches, and verbal instructions
- Proficiency in assembly, maintenance, and repair of high-voltage electrical installations
- Skilled in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing faults in electrical and mechanical systems
- Experience in measurement and control of electrical parameters
- Strong background in repairing and maintaining production equipment to ensure maximum uptime
- Knowledge of facility equipment maintenance including HVAC systems, air compressors, and plumbing
- Experience in installing, repairing, rebuilding, and upgrading machinery and mechanical equipment
- Ability to diagnose machine malfunctions and operating difficulties and provide timely corrective actions
- Skilled in rebuilding machines and overhauling components, including dismantling, inspection, machining, and replacement
- Experience with installation and relocation of machinery/equipment, including levelling, fitting, and alignment
- Proven ability in preventive maintenance for production equipment and machinery
- Strong organizational skills for ordering parts, managing supplies, and maintaining accurate documentation
- Adherence to safety standards and procedures when working with electrical and mechanical systems
- Ability to perform measurements, prepare technical documentation, and maintain compliance records
- Skilled in repairing faulty machinery, production equipment, and damaged structures
- Hands-on expertise in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting of production systems
- Proven ability to perform daily repairs and ensure production equipment remains operational
Duties and Responsibilities
- Participates in system deployment project for established service area, by delivering installation, startup and/or commissioning support services.
- Provides onsite support by assisting in fault isolation of electro-mechanical systems.
- Identifies necessary parts to resolve customer equipment failures.
- Responds onsite to dispatches, within required timeframe as specified in customer service level agreements (SLAs), for scheduled and unscheduled services requests.
