Field Service Project Manager Intern

Job Summary:

• Intern to Support Field Service Asset Management Program.
• Review all TOSHcare Services, Reconditioning, Upgrade and Modifications 1st Time Fix Rate.
• Identify repeated Faults, trend fault to include component and or workmanship.
• Develop Asset Management tracking program
• Create an Departmental repair, fault KPI's

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing the Asset Management Tracking System program
• Gather requirements from cross-functional teams
• Help document workflows and organize data structures
• Support data integration efforts across warranties, costs, trends, and assets

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or related field
• Strong organization, communication, and analytical skills
• Comfortable working with data and documentation
• Proficiency with Excel

Preferred:

• Exposure to Power BI, workflow mapping, or basic database concepts

Education:

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or related field
