Field Sales Representative

Job Posting:

This position exists to serve as one of the primary account contacts and relationship manager driving results through understanding of the current business environment and monitoring opportunities in the market to stay ahead of trends while supporting all account and Kontoor Brands needs and requirements. Establish control-related standards and procedures.

Responsibilities:  

• Works closely with the retail accounts to identify and develop strategies to grow Wrangler and Lee brands
• Plan and execute seasonal product presentations
• Manages inventory levels, internal and external, in conjunction with the account to achieve targeted sales, turnover and in stock percentage goals
• Analyze sales data, both overall and specific market share, looking for both growth and missed opportunities
• Develop strong, effective internal and external relationships which identify opportunities to grow our business
• Sells, negotiates, and communicates Brand strategies and initiatives
• General knowledge of web based selling
• Go into customer’s stores’ and merchandising product, set-up fixtures and display all (POS) point of purchase material 
• Provides direction to cross-functional areas throughout the company
• Maintains and provides detailed knowledge of the industry and competitive environment

Requirements:

• Years of Related Professional Experience: 2 – 4 years in sales or related field
• Educational/Position Requirements: 
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Working knowledge of retail industry & national apparel competitive landscape
• Frequent Travel
