Job Title: Field & Partner Enablement Facilitator
Department & Team: Field & Partner Enablement
Reports to: Erin Reilly Newman
Location: Indianapolis / Travel 25%

Summary:
The Field & Partner Enablement Facilitator will be responsible for leading and facilitating activities, workshops, and other events with a primary focus on our onboarding program. This position will ensure a successful and productive learning environment while providing guidance and support to participants. The Facilitator will encourage participation and provide feedback to ensure participants are engaged and making progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging and interactive sessions and activities across different programs (i.e. onboarding, training events, leadership events)
• Facilitate group activities and discussions with participants
• Monitor and assess the progress of participants in the program
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to participants and leadership
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports of participants
• Lead and manage the organization of events
• Lead with assertiveness and confidence while having empathy and understanding to listen to different perspectives and encourage healthy debate
• Ensure a safe, respectful, and productive environment
• Develop and maintain relationships with participants
• Demonstrate expertise in the online facilitation tools needed to run virtual workshops 

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, counseling, communications, or related field
• Experience with a cloud solution (SaaS) company & sales methodologies. Experience with, or certification in, MEDDPICC is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation skills and organization skills
• Strong ability to build trust within a group
• Strong ability to learn information across different programs and platforms
• Strong ability to retain information
• Strong ability to lead, motivate, and engage participants
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of project management, and able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Experience working with the technical tools of Sales Enablement such as Asana, Seismic, Lessonly, and must be proficient in Word, Excel, Powerpoint as well as other commonly used tools.

Compensation:

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.  

$116,550.00 - $228,750.00
