Field Operative – Renewable Energy

Location: Field-based across SW Lincolnshire, NE Leicestershire & Nottinghamshire
Salary: £32,500 + vehicle, PPE & tools provided

Are you looking for a hands-on role in the fast-growing renewable energy sector? We’re hiring a Field Support Operative to help maintain and support solar farm sites across the Midlands.

This is a great opportunity for someone practical, reliable, and keen to build a career in a future-focused industry.

What you’ll be doing:

* Supporting maintenance of solar farm sites

* Assisting with basic repairs, inspections, and upkeep

* Carrying out general site tasks (e.g. mowing, strimming, signage, cleaning)

* Working outdoors across multiple locations

What we’re looking for:

* Full UK driving licence

* Basic IT skills

* Positive, can-do attitude

* Ability to work independently
