What You Will Do:
The Field Operations Team Lead will provide leadership and expertise for loaner kit/order fulfillment. The Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the distribution of products/services for our representatives and customers to include order entry, picking, shipping, tracking, creating driving routes and usage. Additionally, in this role, you will track inventory accurately, record keeping, warehouse inventory cycle counting, managing expired products and optimize inventory utilization. The Team Lead will maintain a state of constant audit readiness and assist with preparation for audits, and implement processes that optimize and track warehouse inventory, which accounts for up to 50% of Branch’s inventory assets.
This position is new addition to the team which creates the opportunity for you to help build processes. The job duties may vary based on growth and processes changes moving forward. Additional responsibilities may require you to:
- Meet established metrics for operations (i.e. turns, service levels).
- Compile and inspect incoming/outgoing kits/products for compliance with specifications and usage.
- Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to comply with safety regulations.
- Process orders for products while conferring with distribution, sales, shipping, warehouse, or common carrier personnel to expedite or trace deliveries.
- Investigate customer complaints/track service levels and problem solve any discrepancies.
- Utilize processes and tools for scheduling surgeries.
- Work with internal resources for alternative product obtainment (e.g. loaner bank, other warehouses, consignments).
- Managerial duties including but not limited to training, coaching, performance management and evaluation, compensation management, recruitment and terminations.
What You Need:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline OR 6+ years of equivalent relevant experience in lieu of degree
- Valid Driver’s license with good driving record
Preferred:
- Demonstrated warehouse/inventory control experience in a demanding, fast-paced environment - preferred
