Job Title: Field Operation Specialist Department/Program: ORR/HSPRS Reports to: Director of Business Operations Work location: SE Portland, Salem, Federal Way FLSA status: (exempt/salaried)Hybrid/Remote work eligibility: HybridSalary: $26.63/ hr. - $29.39/hr. ($55,397/yr. - $61,126/yr.) - Support in coordinating the safe logistics of travel and lodging for staff and ensuring rapid deployment of resources when needed.
- Develop and implement systems and processes to support staff with travel, and will book travel arrangements for staff, as needed.
- Knowledge and understanding of government travel regulations, including employee travel procedures and per diem rate structures.
- Works closely with Case Management supervisors and Assistant Program Directors to Provide support on the field to team members when traveling.
- Monitor staff compliance with budget expectations in collaboration with program directors, business coordinators, and finance staff.
- Work with Morrison finance team, division director and program director to ensure that business operations are in compliance with applicable state and federal guidelines.
- Oversee business accounts with key vendors of travel and lodging services from program portfolio
- Complete regular travel usage reports for finance staff as required.
- Collaborate with finance staff during finance reviews.
- Share pertinent information with program director and program leadership team.
- Assist with special projects program-wide, as needed.
- Demonstrate a commitment to learning and implementing the Sanctuary Model and other organizational policies and practices.
- Participate in staff development, in-services, and training related to equity and inclusion in the workplace; model appropriate behaviors; develop, recommend, and implement improvements to business practices with awareness and understanding of the impact in a trauma-informed and culturally diverse organization.
